1. Acceptance of terms
By using Short.Singles, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's fair. You can close the tab.
2. Eligibility
The app is presented as a dating experience for men 5'9" and under. This is a satirical framing, not a binding eligibility requirement enforced by a court of law. You must be at least 18 years old to use the site.
3. The service
Short.Singles is not a real dating service. There is no matching algorithm, no messaging infrastructure between users, and — genuinely — no women on the app. The "feed" is intentionally empty. Any profiles shown before signup are fictional placeholders.
4. User conduct
Don't use the site to harass anyone, upload illegal content, or attempt to break the intentionally simple localStorage setup. Be normal.
5. Intellectual property
The design, copy, and concept of Short.Singles belong to its creator. You may not resell, scrape, or represent it as a real dating product.
6. Limitation of liability
Short.Singles is provided as-is for entertainment. We are not liable for any disappointment, confusion, or romantic outcomes that do not occur because the app contains no actual users.
7. Termination
You may terminate your use at any time by clearing your browser data. We probably won't notice, but you're always welcome back.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the project evolves. Continued use means you accept the revised terms.
